Suitable for the intermediate pianist, this piece in A minor is a study full of scales and runs in both hands – just at different times! So while the right hand plays a simple melody, the left hand is playing lots of scales! And then they swap. Great fun if you like scales – great fun if your scales need extra work! Important to use the dynamics (crescendo and decrescendo) as the music will sound like the wind getting stronger, then fading away – just like a real storm! From my All Keyed Up Level Two book.
